My girls are well cared for and the highlight of my day. They start every morning at sunrise, hopping off their roosting bars and wandering out of their coop for some sunshine and adventure. After breakfast is served, they forage for treats around the farm. They give their skinny little chicken legs a good stretch by free ranging all day long. Taking dust baths, sunbathing, laying delicious eggs, gossiping and lounging around like French models are how they spend most of their free time. Basically, they’re living the life! At sundown, they wander back inside their chicken coop where they are safe through the night. Taking their places back on the roosting bars, they relax and enjoy sweet dreams of what tomorrow will bring.
