Duck eggs for sell. If you haven't had duck eggs before your missing out. They are larger roughly 75-100% and pack more protein the chicken eggs. There yoke retains a richer taste and less watery white than chicken eggs. All ducks are free range except at night or inclement weather. They are very happy, extremely spoiled ducks.
$8 a dozen for cleaned/washed eggs or $6 a dozen for uncleaned. See pictures for what uncleaned eggs tend to look like. Uncleaned eggs will last about 3-4 weeks on the counter, while the cleaned will need to be refrigerated ... cleaned eggs are not counter stable and must be refrigerated. Eggs are fresh and typically a couple days old by the time they are packaged. They are collected daily. All eggs are stamped with harvest date. Some are large/jumbo and some are normal size. We don't sort for size. Eggs can be off cream color or blue/green shell. Typically we have 12-13 eggs a day. All eggs come in reusable cartons for storage. Cash is preferred. Willing to barter/trade for similar value fresh produce, fresh honey, bread, or other goods.
Weekends are big selling days for use for the week. If you are looking for +4 Doz we can do it then. Please let us know and we can reserve those eggs on the side.
