Backyard eggs from small flock

I have six hens so I don't generate a ton of eggs, but plenty more than I can use. The eggs are a mix of greenish-blue (Ameraucanas) and usually speckled medium/dark brown (Welsummers) coloring and come in a cardboard egg carton.
